All coaching calls are non-refundable.
If you cancel for any reason, your session fee is forfeited.
Your time was reserved exclusively for you.
You may reschedule your call one (1) time as long as you request the change at least 72 hours (3 full days) before your scheduled start time.
Reschedule requests made within 72 hours are not allowed and the session fee is forfeited.
Any approved reschedule must be booked and completed within 30 days of the original session date.
If your rescheduled call is not completed within 30 days, the session is forfeited (no credit, no rollover).
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we still end at the scheduled end time (your call will be shortened).
If you are 15+ minutes late, it is a no-show and the session is forfeited.
No-shows are not eligible for reschedule.
