You get consistent training, support, and accountability from Kelli as well as the other group members in the Hive.
I believe all people have invaluable insights, no matter the topic. When we work together in small groups, we can gather information from different perspectives. While I will be leading the Coaching, all members are encouraged to engage and provide additional feedback or insights into any topic they feel they can provide value.
I believe many people in our industry are lacking valuable long term relationships with their peers. The relationships I have with peers in my industry have benefited me in numerous ways, and it is my goal to link everyone up with likeminded professionals to create more tight-knit relationships within our community. Entrepreneurism is a lonely endeavor, unless you can find someone to share it with!
You don't have to worry about carving out time from your schedule to chat, you can listen and respond in a timeframe that works for you. The voice and text messages live forever within the group chats and 1-1 chats, so you can go back to listen or re-listen any time! Slack is an app where we can send each other voice messages, text messages, files, and more. It's so easy to use and stay connected versus having to sit down at a computer for a zoom call or to type out everything. We get to connect voice-to-voice!
You do not have to pay for Slack, it is included in your membership cost.
With 24 hour access to your Hive, you are able to ask questions, get advice, grow and learn off each other at any time at your leisure.
We have all had enough with impersonal FB groups with thousands of members. Most of us are too busy for lengthy zoom/phone calls or giant courses. Too many people have wasted money on education they haven't had the chance to implement!
The Hive does include a Facebook Group, however that is not where the coaching or coursework will exist. The coaching happens within Slack, and the monthly coaching calls are recorded live and then uploaded to your Podia Dashboard in the Content Vault for safekeeping!
